Description of project and services rendered
The objective of the project is to provide the Ministry's four leading engineers with training on control center management and operation:
- In conjunction with Ontario Hydro, provide fellowship training (hands-on) for these four engineers on control center operation (12 weeks in Toronto, Canada);
- Set-up, monitor and control all logistical aspects of this training and follow-up on students' results;
- Elaborate and present a control center management education program to those four engineers. The program had to cover budgeting, accounting, cost control and the management of human, material and financial resources;
- Coordinate the teaching activities, with Ontario Hydro;
- Prepare the courses' budgets and ensure they were not exceeded during the execution of the program;
- Development of the financial statements, and reporting documents to be presented to the Ministry, highlighting the project's results.
