Description of project and services rendered

In the context of this project, P.A. Management International (Canada) Inc. provided the following services:

  1. Complete revision of the training programs with the teachers and instructors, under the guidance of the P.A. Management international (Canada) Inc.'s consultant. A total of 137 industrial engineering programs were revised.
  2. Training simulator: specifications and feasibility study, identifying and sorting job descriptions and training requirements for staff as well as trainers, defining the implementation phases and, generally describing the physical attributes of the simulator before building it. The study included an evaluation of the value of the simulator for research.
  3. Implementation: assist the institute management team in implementing the program.
  4. To ensure the successful completion of the project, P.A. Management International (Canada) Inc. had to set-up 12 weeks of training for local teachers in Canadian institutions of higher learning (universities and technical colleges) and companies (Hydro-Quebec, Ontario Hydro and Ambient Technologies (United States of America)).
  5. Technical assistance for the selection of laboratory equipment required to teach the curriculum. This required the support of 3 consultants for two months.

To date, this project has necessitated 24 man-months and included one economist, one project manager and one education and training specialist.
