Description of the project and services rendered

The Canadian Ministry of Foreign Affairs chose P.A. Management International (Canada) Inc. to promote the growth of private businesses in Hungary. The first objective of the project is to increase the number of private businesses, jobs and investments in the non-mining sectors. Our experts formulate and establish a policy favorable to the private sector, nurturing and training an entrepreneurial class and promoting investments in this sector.

In this project, a general socio-economic restructuring strategy and policy will be formulated for the municipality of Tatabanya in Hungary for the S.M.E. industrial sector.

Development and implementation of the strategy and policies entail technical and financial assistance in the following areas:
  • Restructuring: the city service providers become more efficient in terms of quality and cost;
  • Organization: provide expertise in human resources management, including local and external training and in financial management;
  • Industrial: finalize the creation of a development entity that will make recommendations for assisting in creating private small and medium-sized businesses.
Comments

As in other cases, the client's satisfaction is evidenced by the fact that an extension was requested to cover the establishment of an MIS system.
