To complete this project, one human resources' expert had to assist the Planning Department implement the recommendations drawn from a study of the organizational structure of its management.
In order to do so, the expert had:
- To design a plan to improve coordination between services;
- To assist in the rational use of computer equipment and in the data processing methods;
- To assist the Department in rationalizing the use of its human resources.
